Casting tools and storage
Die-cast zinc has a large number of advantages in regards to die-casting of complicated technical parts. If you have the proper zinc die-casting mould, you can continuously produce quality zinc parts in series up to 500,000 pieces, and the tool can be used for 1–2 million die casting shots.
We construct your mould based on your construction documentation. Being involved in your construction phase at an early stage allows us to give our input on any optimization in terms of use of material and costs.
We store your casting tools in a fireproof storage area, and keep them properly maintained as per the agreement entered into.

Postprocessing
One of zinc’s great benefits is that the need for postprocessing is minimal. However, we can as needed postprocess it with all the current methods such as grinding, punching and CNC machining. In addition, we can perform surface treatments such as chromate plating, lacquering, chrome plating and engraving, providing you with a handsome finish.
Assembly
We can save you the administration, time and money by assembling your production from other suppliers for you. For example, we would be pleased to deliver assembled parts for a finished product, including packing, customer-specific packaging, labelling, quality controls, etc.
