Full Value Chain

Services – from casting to delivery

Linimatic handles the entire process from zinc die-casting until the finished part is quality-checked, packed and ready for delivery. Processes such as tumbling, vibratory deburring, shot blasting, plastic media blasting, CNC machining and assembly are carried out in-house at our facility. Any surface treatment is handled by carefully selected and approved partners. Final quality control and packing is always carried out by Linimatic.

Send your CAD files and get a physical zinc prototype within 2–4 weeks — cast on the same machines, with the same alloys, used in series production.

High-Pressure Die Casting

9 robotized casting cells running around the clock. Parts from 1 g to 4 kg in Zamak 2, 3, 5, and 8 with as-cast tolerances to ±0.05 mm.

CNC Post-Processing
03Machine

CNC Post-Processing

In-house milling, drilling, threading, and deburring. Parts go from casting to machining without leaving the building — preserving traceability and cutting lead time.

Surface Treatment & Coating

Chromium plating, powder coating, wet painting, e-coating, and laser engraving. Class A cosmetic finishes from a chrome-ready as-cast surface at 0.8 Ra μm.
