Linimatic is a Danish zinc die-casting foundry specialising in high-pressure die casting of zinc parts for industry. Since 1967 we have produced components in zinc in Helsinge, Denmark, with a focus on complex geometry, tight tolerances, high finish and stable quality.
As Denmark's largest dedicated zinc die-casting foundry, we help companies across Denmark and Europe with the development and production of technical zinc parts where the demands on precision, function and surface are high. Our experience with zinc die casting makes us a strong partner when the part is difficult and the solution has to perform reliably in series production. We even deliver to customers as far away as China.
At Linimatic we bring the decisive processes up to surface treatment together under one roof. This gives control over quality, process, delivery and documentation from the first sample to the finished part in zinc. Subsequent processes and surface treatment are carried out in close collaboration with fixed, specialised subcontractors.
Our customers choose Linimatic when they need high-pressure die-cast zinc parts with Danish production, high quality and competitive prices.
The best at the most difficult is not just a slogan. It is the way we work with zinc die casting.

Certified since 1993 — over 30 years of independently audited quality management. Covers the complete value chain from incoming material through casting, machining, surface treatment, assembly, and final inspection.
Compliant with EU environmental regulations including REACH and RoHS. Active waste reduction and energy management programmes. Zinc scrap is recycled directly in production with near-zero material waste.
Full material traceability on all Zamak alloys. Incoming material certificates verified against specification. Batch-level traceability from raw material through to finished component.
Zinc is infinitely recyclable. At Linimatic, virtually all casting scrap — runners, overflows, and reject parts — is remelted and fed back into production. Our closed-loop recycling means near-zero zinc waste leaves the facility. The low melting point of zinc (385°C vs. 660°C for aluminium) translates directly to lower energy consumption per casting cycle.
We invest in energy-efficient equipment, LED facility lighting, and heat recovery systems. Our lead-free Zinkers product line demonstrates that environmental responsibility and product performance are not trade-offs. For procurement teams with sustainability reporting requirements, we provide verified data on recycling rates, energy consumption, and waste metrics.
Zinc die-casting serves any industry where precision, surface quality, and reliability matter. Here are some of the sectors we work in — but if yours isn’t listed, we’d still love to hear from you.
