Entwicklung und Produktion - besser als in China
No-Tool-System is a patent- and design protected system, that makes it possible to assemble shelves, cabinets, kitchens, and other cassette based furniture – without using any kind of tools.
The system, which is both invented and sold by the company No-Tool-System AG from Switzerland, consists of a serie of special assembly parts. These parts are mounted in discreet rails, milled into the cabinet side.
The construction of the small assembly parts is invented by the founder of the company, Steen Sauer. During the development process he contacted Linimatic, as he was to order prototypes – and afterward the final product.
Stronger, cheaper and easier with zinc
”I imagined that the parts should be casted in aluminium. But Linimatic suggested that zinc would be stronger, cheaper, and easier to surface treat with just the surface we wished”, Steen Sauer tells me and emphasizes some unexpected advantages of the cooperation:
”We have to try, before you think that every product has to be manufactured in China! Besides the management’s positive attitude towards taking active participation in the development of our product then they have their engineer, Mr. Torben Jensen”, Steen Sauer continues. Linimatic was recommended by a colleague to the company, who pointed at Linimatic being the obvious cooperation partner for No-Tool-System. Steen Sauer is especially mentioning two things making it more attractive to develop and manufacture in Helsinge, Denmark than in China:
Neighbouring manufacturer and the quality beat China
”Neighbouring manufacturer and quality control. Everyone insisted on saying ”China” for production of our product. But after our research we could establish that the price difference was small as long as the product is manufactured more or less automatically without need for human hands. Especially also when considering the freight costs and the logistic. Our company is situated in Switzerland and our domicile for the technicians is in Denmark. Therefore we have hands on quality and distribution control. Above all a far better quality and uniformity. Furthermore a very quick response time if corrections are necessary”, Steen Sauer explains and adds: ”Linimatic has also agreed to be responsible for the whole logistic coordination to our customer. Also including forwarding to our Asian customers”.
Extremely sharp tolerance and quality demands
”Linimatic has contributed to consulting and more adjustments and corrections of our extremely sharp tolerance and quality demands, till we ended up with the correct measure”, Steen Sauer tells me, and would like to recommend other companies to contact Linimatic in connection with development projects:
”When a company – in spite the long process we have been through – has the patience to back up the project all the way then you cannot expect more”, Steen Sauer concluded.

Darüber hinaus können wir Oberflächenbehandlungen wie Verchromen, Lackieren, Verchromen und Gravieren durchführen, um Ihnen ein ansprechendes Finish zu bieten.
Montage
Wir können Ihnen Verwaltungsaufwand, Zeit und Geld sparen, indem wir Ihre Produktion von anderen Lieferanten für Sie zusammenstellen.
